Wave Rush! Privacy Policy

Wave Rush! is a one-touch arcade game you can play without an account. Game progress stays on your device. Sending a score to the leaderboard is optional.
What we collect
There are no accounts, ads, analytics, tracking or third-party services. The game loads its files and public score tables from the same Wave Rush server.
What stays on your device
Best score, gems, unlocked skins, achievements, settings, daily streak, your nickname and an anonymous random player ID are stored locally in your browser or app storage. Clearing app or browser data deletes them.
Optional leaderboard
Only when you tap Submit score we receive your anonymous player ID, nickname, mode, date, score, gems, a run identifier and a compact input record of that run (the starting seed and the moments you pressed and released). The server replays the run to verify the score. No email or account is needed.
After a score is accepted your nickname, verified score and rank are public. The input record is discarded after verification; we keep only the verified result, your anonymous player ID, the run identifier and timestamps. Do not use your real name or any personal information as a nickname.
Server logs and abuse protection
Our web host may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and request time) for security. To limit abuse the leaderboard counts requests using a one-way keyed hash of your IP address that expires within about an hour; the IP address itself is not stored in the leaderboard database.
Children
The game can be played without submitting anything. No advertising or tracking is used. Nicknames and scores on the leaderboard are public.
Delete your data
Email support@comborush.app with the subject "Delete my Wave Rush data" and your exact nickname, score and date. We will remove the matching entry and related records. Data stored only on your device is deleted by clearing the app or browser data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
